Dragados Offshore announces that early February 2016, it has signed a 7+3 year Enterprise Framework Agreement with Shell for the fabrication of onshore and offshore modules in their Mexican yards located in Pueblo Viejo, Veracruz and Altamira, Tamaulipas, to support major growth projects in the future in the Americas region.
