Dragados Offshore is an internationally renowned EPC contractor in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors
Dragados Offshore operates worldwide from six key locations: two yards in Cádiz (Spain), two in Tampico and Altamira (Mexico), a logistics base in Ciudad del Carmen (Mexico), and offices in Mexico City.
Their facilities, designed to host complex offshore projects, enable year-round construction thanks to their geographic location and favorable weather conditions.
Yard of Cádiz
The Cádiz yard, inaugurated in 1975, is the company's headquarters and is located on the Atlantic Coast, near the city of Cádiz and 100 km from the Strait of Gibraltar. Renovated in 2003 and 2009, it has become one of the most modern facilities in Europe. The yard features 22 covered workshops, specializing in piping, polishing, and painting, as well as 86,000 m² of storage areas. Its deep-water quay directly connects to the open sea via a 500 m wide and 4 km long navigation channel, dredged to -12 m L.A.T.

Yard of Algeciras
The Algeciras yard, located within the port facilities of Campamento in San Roque, Cádiz, operates under a concession valid until 2040, covering approximately 400,000 m². This area includes an external quay measuring 263 meters in length, which facilitates the loading and unloading of components. The yard will be used for the integration of modules for 2 GW platforms, complementing the existing facilities in Puerto Real (Cádiz), where the modules for other large offshore platforms are manufactured and integrated.

Yard of Tampico
Dragados Offshore inaugurated the Tampico yard in 2003 after five years of successful projects in the Mexican market. Located on the southern side of the Pánuco River in Pueblo Viejo, Veracruz, near the city of Tampico in the Gulf of Mexico, this facility was specifically designed for offshore construction projects. The yard spans 350,000 m², with over 70,000 m² of fabrication areas that include workshops for boiler-making, welding, piping, and hydromechanics. Additionally, it features over 90,000 m² of storage areas, two quays with sliding paths, and a ground load-bearing capacity of over 20 tons per m².

Yard of Altamira
In 2013, the company expanded its operations in Mexico with the addition of a second yard in the country, the fourth globally: the Altamira yard. This strategic expansion not only addresses the growing demand in the local market but also aims to capture potential projects in North and South America.
