DRAGADOS OFFSHORE IMPLEMENTS A RENEWABLE ENERGY ELECTRICITY GENERATION PROJECT AT ITS PUERTO REAL PLANT – CÁDIZ

The project involves the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources for the plant’s self-consumption through the installation of photovoltaic solar panels on the roofs of workshops 4 and 12.

The 812.1 kWp photovoltaic system is connected to the plant’s internal consumption network, achieving significant energy savings and a consequent reduction in CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere. In this way, we improve our ecological footprint as part of our ongoing commitment to safety, health, and environmental improvement.

These actions are financially supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy (IDAE).
